Fort Muranjan or Prabalgad Also Kalavantin Durg can be seen from Mumbai-Pune express highway. Prabalgad is a fort located in between Matheran and Panvel, visible from the Mumbai Pune expressway. The fort is located at an elevation of 2300 feet in the Sahyadri mountains. It is located on a plateau very close to Matheran. It was known as Muranjan until it was taken over and renamed by the Maratha forces under Shivaji's rule. The fort has a sister fort, Irshalgad.

Eisriesenwelt Werfen Ice Cave in Salzburg, Austria

The Eisriesenwelt (German for "World of the Ice Giants") is a natural limestone ice cave located in Werfen, Austria, about 40 km south of Salzburg. It is the largest ice cave in the world extending more than 42km. The Ice Caves are located at an altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level. You will reach the caves after a ride on the cable car and a short walk. The average temperature inside the caves is 0 degrees centigrade.

THE SPRING TEMPLE BUDDHA in CHINA

The Spring Temple Buddha is a statue depicting Vairocana Buddha located in the Zhaocun township of Lushan County, Henan, China. The statue was completed in 2002. The total height of the monument is now said to be 208 m.

The Spring Temple Buddha derives its name from the nearby Tianrui hot spring, which spews water at 60 °C and is renowned in the area for its curative properties.

One of the most beautiful castles of all times





Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany

Neuschwanstein Castle is a 19th-century Romanesque Revival palace on a rugged hill above the village of Hohenschwangau near Füssen in southwest Bavaria, Germany. 
The palace was commissioned by Ludwig II of Bavaria as a retreat and as a homage to Richard Wagner. Contrary to common belief, Ludwig paid for the palace out of his personal fortune and extensive borrowing, not with Bavarian public funds (see below).

The palace has appeared prominently in several movies and was the inspiration for Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle and later, similar structures.
